3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or errors.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at:

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days from that communication to return the item unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we have sent the wrong product. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery where applicable, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
- Goods that have been clearly personalised or made to specification
- Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

7. Legal Guarantee

All products sold by Voltek are covered by the statutory guarantee applicable under Spanish law. For new goods, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 transposing EU Directive 2019/771/EU into Spanish law.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European consumer protection legislation, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Castellón, Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of EU consumers under their local law.
