At Voltek, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
